Brian Delesky​ - Client Success Manager

Brian Delesky is a Client Success Manager at ACT, where he works closely with clients across various industries, including education, financial services, and healthcare. With a deep background in IT and project management, Brian is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by managing ongoing relationships, coordinating IT projects, and facilitating communication between clients and ACT’s service teams.

Brian’s career in technology began shortly after earning his degree in Information Systems from Towson University. His first role out of college was at SHI, where he began as an Inside Account Executive and transitioned into a Business Development Manager role. Over the years, he has expanded his expertise to include professional services and project-based sales. As a Client Success Manager, Brian is the primary point of contact for many of ACT’s clients. He is responsible for monitoring client tickets, ensuring timely resolution, and proactively scheduling IT planning meetings to foster long-term relationships.

Fun Fact: When he’s not working, Brian enjoys spending his free time on the golf course.
