IT Networks Aren't the Only Thing We Rescue
Our Re-Furral Program is a partnership with Souls of Satos, a Puerto Rican rescue organization fighting an urgent crisis: 94% of stray dogs in Puerto Rico are euthanized. Souls of Satos relies entirely on donations to transport rescued dogs to adoptive homes in the U.S. — and that’s where you come in. Every time we welcome a new client — or an existing client sends a referral our way — we cover the cost to fly a dog to the U.S. ACT’s own Mike DeMarco adopted his dog, Frida, through the program. She’s now our Chief Barketing Officer, and we’re on a mission to help her friends find their forever homes.

Frida was rescued from a graveyard in Puerto Rico by the nonprofit Souls of Satos, an organization dedicated to saving stray dogs and bringing them to loving homes in the U.S.
There are more than 600,000 stray dogs in Puerto Rico, and without rescue programs, many face heartbreaking outcomes. Souls of Satos relies on donations to fund rescue flights that give these dogs a second chance.
ACT’s own Mike DeMarco adopted Frida through this program, inspiring our ongoing partnership with Souls of Satos.

No. Submitting a referral is completely free. There’s no obligation for you or your referral. ACT will handle all outreach and next steps directly.
What happens after I submit a referral?
It’s simple:
- Once you submit a referral for a business that may need better IT support we sponsor a rescue flight in your honor
- Our team reaches out to assess their technology needs
If they become a client, we sponsor a rescue flight honoring them
Do I need to stay involved after submitting a referral?
Not at all. Once you submit the referral, we take it from there. We’ll keep you informed, but there’s no additional commitment required.
What does the business I refer receive?
Every referred business receives:
- A complimentary IT needs consultation
- A clear roadmap to improve uptime, security, and productivity
- Transparent service options and pricing tailored to their environment
