David Csordos – Senior Client Success Manager

David Csordos joined ACT as a part-time team member and quickly proved his value through his work in procurement, scheduling, and ticket prioritization. Within two weeks, he transitioned into a full-time role and now serves as a Senior Client Success Manager.

In this role, David is responsible for overseeing the IT health and cybersecurity posture of client infrastructures. He partners closely with clients to develop strategic roadmaps that align technology initiatives with their long-term business goals. With 15 years at ACT and prior experience serving as a liaison between IT departments and end users, David brings a proactive approach and a deep commitment to client success, helping to drive meaningful outcomes and strengthen ACT’s reputation for excellence.

Fun Fact: I run the travel basketball program for the town I live in.  Along with close friends and members of my family, we also coach 3 teams of 10-, 11- and 12-year-old boys.  We have a total of 11 coaches for these three teams, and none of us have a child on any of these teams.
