In 1999, Frank Riina founded Advanced Computer Technologies (ACT) with a vision to provide small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with reliable, around-the-clock IT monitoring, support, and innovative solutions—all at an affordable price. Frank recognized that companies needed more than just one-off services; they required comprehensive and cost-effective IT solutions to stay competitive and efficient.
