Jonathan plays a crucial role in overseeing security operations, managing client alerts, and ensuring the stability of the company’s infrastructure. With a diverse background in both technology and customer service, Jonathan brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving to his role. He started his journey at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) as an intern, where he was hands-on with hardware replacements and working on-site with clients in the tri-state area. His interest in security grew as he took on additional responsibilities, including disaster recovery, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and supporting the security team. Over time, he became the go-to person for all things security.

At ACT, Jonathan leads a team within the Network Operations Center (NOC), where he manages client alerts, monitors internal security, and handles backup device preparation to ensure smooth operations in case of system downtime. He’s also responsible for approving software installations via threat locker and working to resolve long-standing technical issues, ensuring they don’t recur.
