Manny brings over 30 years of experience in Information Technology to ACT, with extensive expertise in IT operations, service delivery, and infrastructure management across healthcare, fitness, retail, and corporate environments. Before joining ACT, he served as the National Director of IT Operations in healthcare, overseeing nationwide support teams, streamlining workflows, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Manny has broad experience in managing IT systems, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, network operations, endpoint management, and process optimization, with a strong focus on operational efficiency.
As Service Delivery Manager at ACT, Manny leads a team of talented IT professionals, driving operational excellence, standardization, and customer satisfaction. He oversees service desk performance through Autotask, implements KPI metrics to improve productivity, and ensures rapid response to high-priority incidents. Manny also manages critical incident response, coordinating urgent issue resolution to minimize downtime and maintain client trust. He has introduced key process improvements, including the “Grab N Go”, for field readiness and the Assessment Station, for organized hardware management. His leadership emphasizes communication, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all levels of IT service delivery.
