As a Client Technology Manager, I focus on bridging the gap between our clients’ needs and our internal technological capabilities. My background includes direct experience on the Service Desk, which has given me a deep, working relationship with the team and a strong appreciation for their daily efforts. I take a lead role in optimizing our internal processes while also actively designing, implementing, and supporting the complex technology requirements of our clients. Beyond client-facing work, I also champion our company’s initiatives in automation and AI integration. My approach is always to drive efficiency and innovation while ensuring every solution is delivered with a crucial personal touch and commitment to support.
