Miriam McDonnell - Project Manager

Miriam has a background in business development and management, with experience overseeing complex projects across various industries. She graduated from Franciscan University in Ohio and, originally from New York, sought to return to the north, ultimately joining the team at ACT. Miriam holds several certifications in technology, including being a Certified Administrator in Autotask PSA. She also has specializations in Google IT Support, Data Analysis, and IBM’s Data Analysis program. Additionally, she is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Data Science.

In her role at ACT, Miriam is responsible for cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring all projects stay on schedule, within scope, and are implemented to the high standards set by the company. Her day-to-day duties include coordinating client calls, working with vendors, scheduling reviews and on-site meetings, and keeping teams aligned on project progress. Miriam’s communication-heavy role allows her to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including site upgrades, eLAN projects, server upgrades, mailbox migrations, and more, often under tight deadlines.

Fun Fact: Both inside and outside of work, Miriam enjoys lightening the mood with her love for dad jokes—ask her for a customized one, and she’ll be happy to share!
