Nick Wong is an experienced Client Technology Manager at ACT, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the tech industry. His passion for technology started when he was young, surrounded by technology, with a father who worked for IBM. Nick’s early exposure to the world of tech sparked a passion that led him to pursue courses in Computer Engineering, followed by certifications such as the CompTIA A+.

At ACT, Nick serves as the Head of IT for our clients, taking on a role similar to a virtual CTO. He oversees a team of engineers, working closely with clients to ensure their infrastructure is secure, up to date, and strategically aligned with their future goals. Nick’s responsibilities include strategic planning, implementation of industry standards, and managing client relationships to ensure their tech needs are met with precision and foresight. As the ultimate escalation point for technical issues, he is known for his exceptional problem-solving skills, often diving deep to identify root causes and guiding his team toward effective solutions.
