Meet David Csordos: Senior Client Success Manager at ACT

David Csordos joined ACT as a part-time team member and quickly proved his value through his work in procurement, scheduling, and ticket prioritization. Within two weeks, he transitioned into a full-time role and now serves as a Senior Client Success Manager.

In this role, David is responsible for overseeing the IT health and cybersecurity posture of his clients’ IT environments. He partners closely with clients to develop strategic roadmaps that align technology initiatives with their long-term business goals. With 15 years at ACT and prior experience serving as a liaison between IT departments and end users, David brings a proactive approach and a deep commitment to client success, helping drive meaningful outcomes and strengthen ACT’s reputation for excellence.
