Salvatore “Sal” Cottone - Client Technology Manager
Sal brings over 14 years of experience in the tech industry to his role as Client Technology Manager at ACT. He studied Computer Networking & Security at the Chubb Institute and began his career as a member of the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Sal later expanded his expertise in the K-12 education space before transitioning to work at MSPs.
In his current role at ACT, Sal is responsible for reviewing overnight activities, checking the calendar for scheduled onsite visits, and following up on pending tickets and open items. He collaborates closely with the project management team to track the progress of ongoing projects and ensure tasks are completed by the appropriate team members. Additionally, Sal oversees equipment setup and handles high-level escalation requests to ensure client needs are addressed promptly. His expertise includes Mac/Apple management, large-scale laptop deployments (both Dell and Apple), and overseeing a team of three technicians.
